For more than 15 years, our family has been working in the vacation rental and hospitality industry. What began as a passion for cleaning and caring for homes turned into a dream to manage and host guests in beautiful coastal properties. In April 2025, that dream became a reality when we launched ZenVibez Vacation Rentals—a family-owned and operated company built on the values of trust, hospitality, and dedication.
Starting with just a few properties, our team—led by owner Paula Blackwell and supported by her daughters—focused on personal touches that make guests feel at home. Every detail, from spotless linens to warm, welcoming communication, was designed with the guest in mind.

Panama City Beach has always held a special place in our hearts. Known for its sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters, it was the perfect place to plant our roots. ZenVibez started with just one cozy condo but quickly grew to manage multiple units across the city. Today, our portfolio includes four unique properties, each with its own charm but sharing the same ZenVibez promise: comfort, cleanliness, and care.
